Corporations of particular note ar Katy Industries, General Defense Corporation, and Bush Universal, Inc. Bush, Katy Industries and Clabir, of which General Defense is a subsidiary, were majority shareholders of Hamilton Watch Company, aka HMW Industries, Inc., in the 1970s and 1980s.
