This collection includes articles and research on military horology, compiled by the founder of the Military Horology Chapter. The information in this collection is the basis for the book, Military Timepieces, by William Bricker, that was put together as a catalog for the Military Timepiece special exhibit at the National Watch and Clock Museum from July 2001-March 2002. This collection includes photographs of the watches fewatured in the book, newsletters from NAWCC Chapter 143, Society of Military Horologists, as well as information leading up to the publication of the book and setting up the exhibit. This publication information includes correspondence regarding permission to use certain images, rough draft versions of the book, and loan information for the watches used in the special exhibit.
