Prindle, G.B. (Gilbert Bradley), 1806-1901

G.B. (Gilbert Bradley) Prindle was born on March 14, 1806 in Vermont. His family moved to Poultney, Vermont when he was 6 in 1812. From 1835-1840, Prindle lived in New York City with his wife Henrietta (née Lamson), where he became a watchmaker and jeweler. After 1840, Prindle then moved to Norwich, Connecticut for some years, until 1855 when he moved back to Poultney, Vermont where he remained a watchmaker until his failing eyesight deteriorated to the point where he could no longer do so. He died on February 8, 1901.
