This includes auditor reports, stockholders reports, pamphlets, and mergers and acquisitions of corporations. Corporations of particular note ar Katy Industries, General Defense Corporation, and Bush Universal, Inc. Bush, Katy Industries and Clabir, of which General Defense is a subsidiary, were majority shareholders of Hamilton Watch Company, aka HMW Industries, Inc., in the 1970s and 1980s.
