These records are open to researchers for personal or scholarly research. Most of the records in the collection are available for photocopy, depending on the preservation needs of the material as well as other variables not specified here. Researchers, however, are responsible for obtaining copyright permission to use materials and documents. These records are part of the permanent collection in the archives of the Library & Research Center of the National Watch and Clock Museum and researchers are required to comply with the Archive Rules when using the collection.

Arrangement

This collection is arranged in chronological order of the publication of the Bulletin. The photographs associated with issues of the Bulletin published before 1973 are not yet arranged by issue. However, for the photographs associated with issues of the Bulletin published after 1973, there is arrangement by issue number.

For these post-1973 photographs, they are arranged in subgroups based on the Bulletin issue they are published in. They are further arranged by article within the Bulletin they are associated with. Additionally, there are unpublished photographs that are mostly unsorted within each issue sub-group.
